Hello Everyone,

How are you all? Good I do hope! =) 

Well as promised I have finally taken photos of the apartment! The weather was lovely today, really nice and bright with a slight chill in the air! I was sitting on the balcony this morning when the breeze blew up with that slight crispness that hints fall is on the way and for a fleeting second i thought YES! Its almost time for halloween and thanksgiving and pumpkins and orange leaves and beautiful clear days and....gulp winter! and then i remembered winter follows fall and i was like OH NO WINTER!! hahaa... granted this all happened in the space of about 3 seconds before i had images of hauling ass to the bus stop in the slush and snow that quickly took away my daydream of fall! Why am i telling you this? Because it was a sunny weekend, which meant that i was home in the daylight hours and able to take pictures of the apartment!

This week was pretty crazy with the American stock market having such a hard time due to Lehman Brothers filing for bankruptcy, AIG getting help from the government, Merrill Lynch being bought out by Bank of America and now it looks like Morgan Stanley will also be bought out by another large banking company. As I'm sure you know it caused a hot mess with the stock prices and many many wall street people became increasingly concerned about their jobs and therefore (this was a long and convoluted story) work was tough, many calls from worried clients as well as hundreds and hundreds of resumes.  

Which happily brings me to saturday where we are now! So I will post some pictures bellow for you all to have a look at...they include the latest member of the family....Dad's flat screen tv! As you can probably tell by the photos he is pretty darn happy with it!! haha... We have not settled on a name for the tv and suggestions are welcomed! HAHA...AND I just realized that my washing is still sitting in the drying machine...most likely very crinkled by now!! oh dammit. haha.

So it's been awhile since I last updated the blog and I'm really sorry about that! Life has been a bit busy lately....but then again I am not sure when life is not busy!!

SO i have some photos of the apartment, well more like of the view from the apartment because I can't seem to get good photos of the inside of the apartment! Everything is pretty much put away and its really nice and home-like now! I will endeavor to get some better photos soon...

I also have some photos of the cupcakes Meish and I made last night! They are pretty awesome if i do say so myself, penguins!!!
